Happy New Year everyone!! Well finally got rid of inlaws this morning. Had enough drinking and eating. Was showing father inlaw the cwb videos. Once again I still have to chuckle, they are funny!
He did make a comment though (he is retired from legal work), that has much as this although funny to us, these videos, especially this one, could be setting up for legal views. He wondered if permission, and royalty fees would have been gotten to use the movie clip. Also mentioned something about its one thing to make comments about someone at the coffee shop or to there face, but another to go public. Be careful on slander charges. Although these are funny and alot of it true, are we getting way above are heads here?? I hope I can't be charged for laughing at least!!

When my grandfather farming in Poland had the russians do it to him not all that long ago they at least had the balls to stick a gun to his head and show themselves for who they really were. And that was no video joke on youtube.

I hardly doubt there is any legal problems here other than copyright infringement. There are thousands of these hitler type videos on the net spoofing everything from politics, sports, to video games.

I honestly think videos like this will help to end the CWB Monopoly. I have gotten links to the other videos from lots of people who are not involved in farming in anyway and they where shocked to realize what kind of system we are operating under. To get the CWB burden off our back we must have the support of the general public, and videos like this seem like a good way too reach and inform the mass audience. Just my 2 cents.
