    rocky,

Few set out to do harm. Harm mainly comes from unintended consequences that drag out because tesponsibility is absent. If you're responsible, you cut to the cure fast. I've thought about your project, btw, and would be glad to supply some food, recipes and perhaps even a scurba durba cook for a day. Gratis with one glass of wine. Pars

Hi Pars, you're right about unintended
consequences, but don't you feel sometimes the
profit motive just runs roughshod over good
        judgement?
Thanks for you're offer, I'll get back at you and I
like the cookout concept - maybe something we
can do during Stampede week or Aggie Days. Right
now we are going through a major overhaul of
facility and curriculum and have to be cautious
about trying to do too much at once. When I have a
better idea of how to slot you in, I'll contact you
        directly.

I deserve that for one pushing buttons, don't I. LOL.

You boys are really good sports I must admit. I was hoping to get wd a little crusty, but so far he's shown a lot more control than I would have given him credit for.

Bottom line: Nobody wants to eat french fries testing for six Canola Events, that's for sure.

But I do have a request for all of you during this January lull.

Go to your doctor. Ask for a prostate test. You have a little extra time in the cold weather.

The stats are worse than ever.
          Just do it.
          Your family needs you. Pars

ps Quite the dialogue isn't it...you say I'm paranoid and I tell you to have your balls checked. Only on Agri-ville. LOL

Hey Pars, I lost a good friend to prostate cancer so I've
had the little pokey every year since - it's the only sure
way to check. Get over it guys, lasts about 10 seconds
and your doctor hates it more than you do. Send him
or her flowers afterwards, no denying, it's a close
encounter of the most awkward kind.

next time tell your doctor you want a second opinion---ask him to use two fingers.

If I don't have anything intelligent to say maybe I shouldn't say anything!!

                  hlg,

Will please tell me what you mean when you say

"It seems kind of odd that whom ever pays for testing will get the results they want"

I am not quite sure to what you are referring. Pars

Rockpile, don't know about intelligent, but that sure was funny! Made me laugh out loud!

My doctor, being the kind of character that he is, would threaten to do it if told, so I'd sure never say it to him!

Pars...Wnen canola board pays for study, butter is bad. When dairy board pays, butter is good. Same with eggs and other products..Scientific proof seems to have some major flaws these days..Seems like who ever has the most money gets the results they want.

The fault does not lie in those who have money.

The fault lies with those who will do or say anything to get that money, doesn't it? Pars

The world wants cheap food. The relationship between health and supply is muted when prices go up. In a process which has no reverse, the extraction formula by the technology providers is really the one farmers need to keep in mind, because this is not a two sided agreement.

And Monsanto does a great job of the feed the world in 2050 video. Academy awards would apply if it could apply.

Stats are high in farmers for prostrate cancer, the rubber gloves your Dr wears should apply to doing all your farm business.

A person gets a little paranoid when the test is yours.

Thanks for the Black Sabbath video though, Coleville.

Farmaholic: you get the second opinion first and let
me know how it goes. Heads up, seek out a Doc
with small hands. Okay a point was raised about
occurrence. An anecdotal observation on my part,
but maybe it warrants study. From my area, in
recent years, there have been an unusual number of
prostate cancer cases, quite a few lethal. My
observation: !. a lot of guys really heavy into
chemical usage. 2. A lot of guys who consume large
amounts of wild game. Anyone else seeing these
                                trends?
