Home from Montana and guess what all samples dropped off will be picked up by all US elevators I dro

Home from Montana and guess what all the samples I dropped off on way down would be picked up at all US elevators I dropped off. All except one little one in Montana didn't have room for it now.
$9.30 and they would discount it to $9.03 in my pocket once protein etc was taken into account.
So to all the CWB supporters out their sorry they are again telling you a tall tale all winter.
Under the fixed price contact and our outdated grading system in Canada using the grades I get at local terminal all i would receive is wait for it 9.14-1.66-.88= $6.60 plus .15 for protein = $6.75.
So the Canadian system again costs me n $228,000.00.
Just imagine what one could do with an extra $228,000.00 in their pocket.
I could pay cash for one quarter of land from some CWB supporter. I could do so much we could all do so much. Take a trip for your self and open your eyes theirs a big beautiful world out their.

Good neighbor of ours just returned from down there also. He showed them the wheat he was told was a #3 to #4 to feed.
They laughed and asked him where the money he was losing was going to. They would have bought it all at #2 at the worst. Some #3 was a #1 to them.

That's exactly what I was told at all the places. Were getting royally screwed in Canada yet no one seems to care. I know its a big scary world out their to some but god live a little and actually venture out on your own and one will be pleasantly surprised.
Also don't think for one minuet out other prices would be higher. Even canola and a stupid elevator basis of 50 dollars wouldn't be their if HRS and durum could move for real price. I would be selling all my HRS now and cleaning the bins out. But under our system most are doing the opposite.
Hey to all that check around good for you the more that do the sooner the CWB will be gone. Have a great day. Also when one comes back from a vacation your full of pis and vinegar so the sooner the CWB ends the better.

How long would Amerikin farmers allow, Comedian grain to flow, unfettered inta the states? Me thinks that gunfire would erupt within days, ifn they knew saskboy was hauling inta the us. Besides homeland security would be constantly strip searching and x-rayin truckers, unloadin grain trucks, Heck after a few trips, yer Comedian trucker wood be glowin in the dark..... Amerkican grain companies are playn games wit you saskboy!

The Canadaian Wheat Board allows the USA to ship wheat and barley into Canada with NO CWB import license required."Bring in the American wheat and barley boys"

Ralph Goodale passed that ammendment to the CWB Act.

Would you agree to restricting American grain from entering Canada by requiring licensing for incoming grain once again, by changing CWB legislation, and then refusing USA applications for American wheat wishing to enter Canada?

              Saskfarmer,

Unit trains loaded with feed wheat minimum 13.5px are headed south.

I saw #3 graded wheat that any other year would be #1. IN CANADA.

Why are Canadian 'designated area' grain growers not demonstrating in front of 423 Main in Winterpeg?

Has the cold weather frozen our brains???

Your grain terminal does the grading, unless you request 3rd party inspection. The CWB has nothing to do with daily grading of your samples.

So what has happened that a #1 in previous years is now a #3? Has your elevator changaed thier grading? Did they maybe have more blending oppertunity in the past? What do you grade it, as compared to the guides and standards? If they don't agree with you, You have the oppertunity for inspectors binding grade and dockage.

I'm not sticking up for the CWB but they do not grade your grain, heck they don't even see it.

Burbert I wouldn`t have to haul grain to the US. My local elevator would do it for me. I would still ge that price that the US farms get. I don`t wont to belong to your cwb.

womobis. The grading this year that's taking place in western Canada thanks to Canadian grain commission. On any year the quality of this years crop with minor frost in our area this is do to stranglers growing at all stages in crop and in fall wow their frozen. Take 40 inches and see. Any way the American farmer is graded different than our Canadian system most canadian wheat would grade up under their system but in Canada we grade hard so the money is distributed evenly.

And to LPA (little piss ant) the Canadian grain companies would fight for our grain same as canola flax oats feed barley what ever they can move through their system.
