Sorry, but Iam not to sure if I follow what you are saying. If you are talking about the A,B,and C contracts, then i would be on the phone. If you are talking about the other types of contracts, like fixed price etc.,then if you contract 20000 bushels on one fixed price you need 20000. You make out another 20000 fpc, you need another 20000 bushels.

If you are allowed 90%, you must have been at 86.2% actual delivered of contracted amount. Just have to guess better than that. Or are the bags harder to estimate? Never had a problem with bins. Always do bushel weight, and dockage, could make a big difference. How much a tonne is the fine?

Been short a couple of times before. Elevator agent calls them up and tells them the bin spoiled. No problems so far.
The fines are between $6/tonne-$25/tonne. Don't know the formula for figuring out the different dollar values, but I am sure you will need an accountant, and a tax specialist to figure it out.

$6/ T= 95t= 3.8% of of contract would be 2500T or 91860 bu. If you delivered 86.2% of that, you were short 12676 bu. Is that correct?

Holy Moley that is some shortage...I guess it doesn't pay to try and out-bluff the CWB. Perhaps a new calculator is needed.

Wilgrow good one good one. Never been fined or short for any crop except the CWB ones. Maybe cause I don't give a rats ass about them. I told the girl on the phone its simple just let me out and Ill never be a problem to you guys again. The CWB is not making any one any money they have us by the balls and are squeezing every day to get every penny out of us so they can keep going. It's simple one question out or in. I'm for out.

All you had to do was was switch quota with another producer.
