      Parsley,

Ah... the CWB illusion and deception game!

If no-one asks for an export license... none are required!

Time is money... and the CWB have unlimited access to both our time and money!

Mission Terminal is a disgusting incestuous mess... that is repeated over and over in the CWB system. It is obviously getting more involved as time marches forward!

The 2 ships are absolute proof we are slaves to maniacs!!!

For a particular variety of barley, ancient variety, I might add, we have sent into the USA straight to a manufacturing plant, for probably ten or fifteen years, the barley must be accompanied by an CWB export license for each and every semi.

We have to apply. Every time. Last we sent was right before we went south for the month of December. Changes since then?

$0.00 Zero buyback, but we apply and present the license to Customs. The CWB could deny the license tommorow via change of policy at midnight.

        But a license is compulsory.

Are there different licensing requirements for you, Tom? Parsley

          I'm out.
          Wife in.
We'll then decide which one of us grew the wheat and barley!

The only way optional CWB partication will work is CWB/farmers contracts. Individual opt/ins opt/outs is a joke, and unenforcable.

If you can get a nine cent buyback, on paper, then you are a firm, committed Board supporter.

If Parsley called in: "Oh my, you should have called in minutes ago. The buyback was just adjusted."

Buybacks represent arbitrary CWB numbers. Pars

We don't grow licensed varieties of wheat or barley for export. Pars

Absolutely out. But would like to force those that want to stay in the CWB that they must stay in for same time period as opt out group.
