still in , but when ever majority
decides , i will be out.
you can not have in or out at the same time. sort of defeats the purpose.

apparently this site is lopsided,
if it was not there would be all anti board directors and the board would
be gutted from within

Definitely no opt out at this time. This is only a proposition but it likely won't pass.

apparently this site is lopsided

If lopsided means being well aware of the market
distortions forced on us, then yes it's lopsided.
Obviously not enough lopsidedness across the
prairies.

Don't give up getting the truth out ladies and
gentlemen. Knowledge is power.

I would need morte information on how it would work and how the buyers react. I would likely lean towards the out if there was not strings or small print.

I would also be out, but would like some assurance my delivery points could take my grain. Be very cool to see pasta plants and flour mills pop up in the prairies and farmers not get charged Vancouver freight.

Would board grain be allowed to be co-mingled with non board at primary elevators?

Will grain companies expand to segragate?

Who would control the stocks to assure that grain companies didn't fill cwb orders with thier stocks. Visa/Versa?

Would rail incentives become the propery of grain companies or CWB?

Would grain companies be required to hold room for CWB deliveries Visa/Versa?

Would the profits from cleaning etc on board grains become the property of the CWB?

Who would regulate the handling charges to the CWB so grain companies couldn't down load their costs on the CWB?

What is this all going to cost producers?

Is the CGC going to take on all this extra work? At what cost? They can't afford themselves now.

Too many questions so few answers.

I agree the CWB just seems to confuse everything. Eliminate it instead.

Maybe the smoothest transition can be learned from the current Ontario or Australian examples being provided. Just a thought.
