I truly believe we will NOT be planting till May this year.

      30%Canola
      30%Soybeans
      40%Wheat

Wheat will likely change drastically as our winter wheat took a real thrashing this winter....

Adjuster coming wed to inspect...We had 1 inch of rain in January followed by -30 period and then had another 1.5 inches followed by -20 period over the march break. This was on top of 20 inches of snow.... All our fields look like they have 18 inches of snow on them, but when you scratch through there is 4 inches of snow and 12- 14 inches of solid ice. I drove over an entire 160 the other day with my pick-up...was like driving on perfect highway. My CCA says wheat can stand this environment for a Max 14-20 days if young enough....its been 2.5 months so my experience tells me the writing is on the wall... insurance is good may as well use it....

yes, I didn't recognize you were from Ontario. Sounds like planting will be late there too.
