Geez, this is getting to be like shooting fish in a barrel. Here's the clip Rockpile was talking about where Beck talks about communist and fascist artwork and symbols on American buildings. And hey look at that they actually do exist.

I do see hatred, misinformation and fear here, but looks to me more like it's directed at Glenn Beck than coming from him.

Wow he's made a lot of money! So what? Unlike the CBC, no one is forced to pay for his stuff. Yeah he can get a little over the top, but again so what. You don't have to watch him, you don't have to listen to him, you don't have to read his books, you don't have to have anything to do with the guy if you don't want to.

Speaking of over the top. Comparing Beck to Hitler is way over the top. If all Hitler ever had was a 'talk' show the world would have been a much better place.

And according to his best friend, Zach Osler, "disputed speculation by media commentators that Loughner's actions were fueled by partisan politics and rhetoric, insisting, "He did not watch TV, he disliked the news, he didn't listen to political radio, he didn't take sides, he wasn't on the Left, he wasn't on the Right."

If he didn't watch TV or listen to talk radio Beck couldn't have had much, if any, influence on him. You're engaged in your own little out to lunch conspiracry theory there mustard. And its a poor one at that. At least when they tried to blame Charles Manson on the Beatles ol Charlie had actually listen to their records.

And as far as the CBC goes I'd rather they spent the money on proper gear and equipment for our people in the military.
