      Maximizing growth in a corporation is true

      Even better when you do a family farm partnership for at least 2 years prior to incorporating.

      Build your value to $1.5 mil in the partnership, use your's and your spouse's lifetime capital gains exemption when you transfer the assets to the company (keeping land out) and then have the ability to draw out 1.5 million out of the company without incurring personal tax rates.

      Of course the company pays the corporate rate in effect at that time (soon to be 13% in Sask) to earn the funds you are drawing out.

          No, not many overnight trips and usually its only for a week here and there.

          Unfortunatley my wife is very sick and its been a struggle for more than a couple months. She is dying of cancer and someday, god will decide.

          I am guessing though that you will have something uncompassionate to say or that it will be in your pig latin that none of us can read or understand.

            Best regards to your wife! We as many families went through that sort of thing not too long ago also. Difference of opinion is one thing, this is another, hopefully works out for your family, sincerely!

                Thanks guy and BTO I think my frustration was showing yesterday. Although I frown at your language and text choice I think all would agree that it seems better now.

                At least I can read and understand most of it.

                Let's hope god can bring miracles to those effected by snow and moisture so we can seed the crops and have a better year.
