I'll tell yous reality. Open the God Damn Gates on the Dams on the Nelson River to get the water down or I'll blow the ****ing things up. & thats a Fact. Blame all the water problems on Manitoba Hydro & the SOB NDP........

Hobbyfarmer, I agree with you 100%.
High prices are not a good thing, when
it relates to farmin. There'll be some
sort of announcement like, now people
kin eat Green Slime, fer protein. Or
they no longer need malt barley to brew
beer, they use some chemicals instead.
Somethin like meat glue. The world
doesn't need grain, we kin switch to
nuts instead!!! Nope grain prices are
headed down, that fer sure! People
gotta buy gas and lectronic shit to keep
              the economy chuggin...........

You mean to tell me, that if'n it is to
wet to seed the crop, NO RENT IS REQUIRED
for that year? What planet are you people
                      plantin? Landlord/tenant agreements
usually leave the tenant holding the bag,
rent is due, when due. Er am I missing
something that all you big guys/gals know,
like the option to buy portion of an
                      agreement?

Iwould have thought that a responsible landlord who values his tenant would be willing to share the pain.
Or have the bad ways of the old world taken hold in the new?
Landlord should be responsible for drainage, yes?

Renter will probably collect on unseeded acres of the lanlords acres. So he should still pay his rent.
