I'll tell yous reality. Open the God Damn Gates on the Dams on the Nelson River to get the water down or I'll blow the ****ing things up. & thats a Fact. Blame all the water problems on Manitoba Hydro & the SOB NDP........

Hobbyfarmer, I agree with you 100%.
High prices are not a good thing, when
it relates to farmin. There'll be some
sort of announcement like, now people
kin eat Green Slime, fer protein. Or
they no longer need malt barley to brew
beer, they use some chemicals instead.
Somethin like meat glue. The world
doesn't need grain, we kin switch to
nuts instead!!! Nope grain prices are
headed down, that fer sure! People
gotta buy gas and lectronic shit to keep
the economy chuggin...........

You mean to tell me, that if'n it is to
wet to seed the crop, NO RENT IS REQUIRED
for that year? What planet are you people
plantin? Landlord/tenant agreements
usually leave the tenant holding the bag,
rent is due, when due. Er am I missing
something that all you big guys/gals know,
like the option to buy portion of an
agreement?

I would never, ever, ever, even think about going back on my word. My Name means everything to me. Must be nice to back outta that rent. I payin $120 an acre Cash Rent on some acres. All the Better fer me if'n you free loader's don't wanna pay up, more fer me to farm. Tell you's one thing, I would pay yous with a Reality Cheque if'n I were the Landlord, rentitall to ME!!!!!!!

Have to agree with burbert and bto, rent due is due. And in Alberta I think if you have not worked the land or applied fert the unseeded acreage is 25 bucks. Not sure if you still owe a premium to be deducted as well.

If there is no cash to pay expect somebody
else to be farming it next year. Sucks
but thats probably whats going to happen.
At least we have Agri-vation to help us
out. NOT

i lost 200 acres this spring, the old guy died, and daughter said she was going to farm it. since found out she had let to a neighbour at more rent.liar.
she didnt like it when i deducted the cost of lime spread recently. luckily i found out before i paid the rent. it was a shit hole anyway, but i was gradually bringing it up to par.
