Heard on the radio this AM that MR Ritz is already in consultation with the industry IE: Cargils of the world and the railroads to see how they want it to transcribe.

Just like the CROW and the last time the CWB Act was opened farmers are just a supplier to the industry and they won't have a say.

You will take what they offer to you and you will like it. That is how the NEW system will work.
