One way of looking at things is the question what is
the stocking rate of the globe(sort of like how many
cows can you fit into a section of land)

If i remember correctly we are at 125 people per
square mile.Thats all the land above water.

Take off the
deserts,tundra,jungles,mountains,etc,etc and your
left with not much.

My logic tells me we are going to have very,very big
problems and planning now is probably a good
idea.

Current world population about 7.1 bln people. From the calculator, world population will be about 8.2 bln people on June 10, 2011. Don't know if accurate but a way of looking at it.

One thing you could get over is your hangup over aethism. Funny how an aethist might tolerate your religious beliefs; but a religious zealot like yourself is not capable of the same experience. If there is a heaven for you; then I hope that attitude doesn't gain you any points.

Its not sustainable charlie. At the rate we are going; we will run out of oil and food and dry land. Then coal and resources and waste products, not to mention farmers and people who are willing to work. Neither DUPONT and the industry, nor governments are liable to have the solutions.
Just remember that with the next "doubling" that happens in say 36 years; there are more extra humans than all the human beings that have ever inhabited the earth since it began. Those persons born in those 36 years will in all probability consume more resources that all the previous inhabitants since humans were created. THAT IS WHAT THE VIDEOS ARE TRYING TO TELL YOU AND THAT IS WHY EVERYONE INCLUDING NFU SHOULD PAY HEED TO WHAT THE SPEAKER IS SAYING.

Your problem is that you don't understand arithmetic. That applies to this isse; and it applies to Triffid flax testing.
So you ignore the serious issues and spend your time attacking the messengers.
