Has anyone seen/heard anything on flexpro? Mike Jubinville/ProFarmer Canada indicated the signup date starting July 18 and continuing to March 15. Adjustment factor may be included (not sure difference FPC).

Information about the flexpro 2011/12.

2011- 12 FlexPro program sign- up begins July 18, 2011
Producers can commit tonnage to the 2011-12 FlexPro program starting Monday, July 18, 2011
at 3 p.m. CT (Winnipeg time). Sign-up will continue until March 15, 2012.
FlexPro pricing will begin Tuesday, August 2, 2011 at 3 p.m. CT and will run until July 31, 2012, at the
expiry time posted on the daily pricing schedule.
FlexPro offers a daily cash price contract for wheat throughout the crop year. Producers commit
tonnage to the program and can price their wheat on any business day, from August 2, 2011 until
July 31, 2012.
New for 2011-12
The FlexPro sign-up period has been extended to March 15, 2012. To allow for the longer sign-up
period, an adjustment factor is included at the time of sign-up. The sign-up period is also extended to
March 15, 2012 for the 2011-12 Basis Price Contract, Fixed Price Contract and FPCPlus contract
programs.

What? How is 'flexpro' any different that the other goofy options to sell grain through the pool at a discount?

What are these people doing?
