Right of producer to issue of permit book
26(3) Not more than one permit book shall be issued in respect of land comprising any farm or group of farms operated as a unit.


If a landlord has 3 different 'actual producers that farm his land... he gets 3 ballots.

If a farm gets a permit book... and claims all the operators and partners EACH are an 'actual producer' then the landlords can have a seperate suffix in each permit book.

Obviously many many permit books exist that shouldn't... and the CWB is chicken to do anything about it... unless you are at cross purposes with the CWB.

So scads of landlords are given many multiple ballots. It is a running JOKE.

An honest operation 1 vote... which should be cast by the senior person... to be honourable.

The CWB voters list is corrupt and worthless for any democratic process.

as well as our support for freedom, and mail it to
our MP instead?

I agree. Mail it postage free to our MP... with the names of everyone involved in the farm that were disenfranchised by the CWB 'survey'!

Absolutely will boycott this survey of permit book holders and those who have delivered wheat/barley over the past 5 years.

Every time I had to vote on someone else's property it was offensive.

Necessary under a Liberal government, as well as minority Conservative governments but offensive.

I even ran in a couple of the director elections because those were the rules we had to go by in the past. In the words of Ritz this survey matters "little to none."

Best case scenario is that there is a lower voter turnout with a 98% vote in favour of the Monopoly. We know that this result is false on the face of it.

Worst case scenario is just like in the director elections that we work our asses off GOTV. Farmers then vote we lose again. We can't as a group participate and then bitch when the results don't go our way.

I went to the Rider game which was sponsored by the SK. Canola Commission the other day and they announced they have 25000 producers in SK. It will be real interesting to see how many ballots go out in the province? Ballots to estates should invalidate it at the start.

You all can do what you want but I would encourage you to follow JDGreens example.

Spoil your ballot , and send it to your MP saying we don't want this garbage!
