Working Group to prepare for post Aug 1, 2012

Oberg says group has no representation from
    single desk supporters.

    Wonder why?

    #2
First of all most single desk supporters are
incapable of looking to the future so why bother.
The directors are busy having their tantrums and
holding a survey that will meen nothing and lastly
the board was asked to let Ian White sit on it and
the directors refused to let him. So if you support
the single desk why are you not asking the
directors what is the reasoning for not
participating. It would only seem logical that
being on the inside advocating for change with
your terms or ideas would be beneficial .
However Al ,Stewie and the gang are much to
busy with their survey, blogs and now a new
round of meetings . I hope they enjoy the last
    blast of spending my money.

      OUCH!

      That had to hurt!

There will be an immediate repremand to all non-single desk thinking CWB directors... all CWB laptop priveledges will be revolked immediately and without cause!!!

JFreedom... it must be VERY frustrating watching this sabotage from your vantage point!

THANKYOU very much for sharing this with us!

Chirp.. Chirp... you are a prince/princess!

          Integrity_Farmer;

Ahhh... "Because we don't live in a dream world"...

I-F... I can take from this, above quote, that you directly support CWB Chairman Al and Stewie's prevention of CWB CEO Ian White from participation... to prepare the CWB for voluntary services for western Canadian grain growers?

Would you be kind enough to tell us if you are a CWB employee or director?

Minister Ritz, the time has come to free us of this
            tyranny.

Use whatever powers you have, take out the big
            broom and use it.

These bozos have no intention in cooperating
because the new plan does not fit their obtuse
            agenda.

C'mon Ritz. If you're going to do it; then do it.

Why not bring freedom to the dairy and poultry industry in this country? All you folks who voted Conservative supported government intervention in the dairy and poultry markets and the lack of freedom that goes with supply management.

Your arguments about freedom and free markets ring hollow considering your electoral support for supply management marketing boards.

                  blah, blah, blah chuckie.

Ok fine, I'll support getting rid of supply management.

Just as soon as we let farmers in the designated area have their own property rights first.

Does that make little chuckky happy wappy now?

Hey Chuck there has been 60 years of liberal
socialism and social engineering in the Ag sector
we can't expect you to quit cold turkey . We as
conservative thinking people will have to ween
you off all your government intervention . Give us
time and perhaps everyone in the Ag sector will
                    be free.

RITZ has come to "FREE" us. RITZ is an
idiot and a politico. RITZ leans
whichever way the wind is blowing. My
favorite GAG minister was VAN CLIEF, he
                      was really, really, really goofy!

Here's the answer to the original question.

<b>"Oberg said the CWB declined to be part of the group, but offered to play
                          an advisory role."</b>

                              Chuckchuck,

You want to change supply management?

You pay out the $$$Billions it will cost to buy back the Quota.

Or are you suggesting just end the quota system and bankrupt them all?

The CWB and supply management are totally different. AND YOU KNOW IT.

Supply management Actually does set up a monopoly. After a set small percent of allowed imports... 200 percent tarriff on anything more. They as well produce just enough for the domestic CDN. market.

THe CWB system must not prevent imports... and uses a small percentage of our grain production in our domestic consumption needs each year.

But you know all this. RIGHT?
