Here's the answer to the original question.

<b>"Oberg said the CWB declined to be part of the group, but offered to play
    an advisory role."</b>

        Chuckchuck,

You want to change supply management?

You pay out the $$$Billions it will cost to buy back the Quota.

Or are you suggesting just end the quota system and bankrupt them all?

The CWB and supply management are totally different. AND YOU KNOW IT.

Supply management Actually does set up a monopoly. After a set small percent of allowed imports... 200 percent tarriff on anything more. They as well produce just enough for the domestic CDN. market.

THe CWB system must not prevent imports... and uses a small percentage of our grain production in our domestic consumption needs each year.

But you know all this. RIGHT?
