John De Pape is always right.

    Everyone is wrong but him.

My proof is I read it on the internet.

    That is all.

Well Integrity_Farmer, if you disagree with John, then back up your arguments with facts (not just socialist claptrap). John backs up his arguments.

Example: From the CWB's own report, marketing costs exceed any premium that may have been extracted by the board, leaving farmers with fewer not more dollars. Disagree? Prove your argument.

Attacking the likes of John or any others that voice their displeasure with the single desk buyer won't silence them. The old Marxist tactics won't work this time.

Please Mr. Ritz, tear down that wall!

How can everyone be wrong but John?

Anyone can write a story with half-truths and pass it off as facts, which is what John does so well.

        Who is paying John?

I can't imagine anyone doing free lance work without getting paid.

Once again we get to hear the "we can't argue
with what he says so we'll attack the person"
            argument?

Much like the character assassination fest at the
meeting last night. Minister Ritz is simply
promising to restore the property rights that were
stolen from prairie farmers 3 generations ago,
and the vitriol that was directed at him and the
local MP David Anderson was disgusting. It was
quite fitting that the Communist party of Canada
was handing out pamphlets on the way out of the
            building. (No, I'm not joking).

If you think that IF is anything more than a paid
agitator your nuts . He had no clue what a grain
bag was a few days ago and provides no facts or
figures or to any post . Just spewing mindless
drivel to wind things up . Loser

Oh poor David Anderson and Ritz.

Maybe you should go cry about it.

I guess anyone can try to write a story and pass it on as fact, but you fail miserably at it.

I-F i'm glad you noticed a obvious observation, John is always right. And it appears he must be, because, and I base my assumption on, no one up to now anyways, seems to be refuting his claims. It seems very odd to me and i'm sure you also and many other board supporters, that the cwb and their 4th floor propaganda machine would not have some comments or rebuttal on some of his over 80 articles. Obviously he must be "right" on!
As for who or how he is getting paid, I don't care. But I sure hope he is getting compensaited some how because I personally really appericated the unbiased light he has shone on this cwb debate. It's actually refeshing to have numbers and facts present and not just wild ass guesstatements. Like, trust us we return a preium "I've" seen it. Just the facts please for me...

I agree with tipsy. I have yet to see anyone prove De Pape wrong on any major point.

I've seen lots of people who don't like what he's putting out there but so far no ones refuting his points.

                              Don't feed the trolls.

These trolls know... or should know if they dn't... who paid John to spend time examining CWB propaganda and exposing it for what it is.

CN and CP have much more to gain by the CWB keeping the 'single buying desk' in the shrt term. The more grain that can be kept out of the US handling system... the better it is to keep the joint monopoly in place.

If the CWB were voluntary... it might even pay to move grain by truck to port position... and create some competition for them!!!
