Just a note to highlight CPS (both red and white)/winter wheat are priced off Kansas City Board of Trade. Soft white is off Chicago Board of Trade. Red spring and extra strong Minneapolis Grain exchange. Barley - ???

Two interesting things to follow - basis (relationship with futures) and discount for risk, administration and time value of money.
