Parsley, I may have a firm rump but I still feel like a lump.

I try to hit the gym 5 days a week. Twenty minutes on the elliptical (walking or running outside is too hard on my knees etc). I then do 40 min of free weights or kettlebells. I alternate upper and lower body.

I've been doing this about 15 years. I battle with depression and find exercise stimulates some good hormones that help elevate mood. Lately I've had some high blood pressure readings so I'm upping the cardio portion of my workouts.

I do like the bike outside but damn, wind. Lately we just look at the logging chain hangin on the gate post. If it's not straight out there's something wrong. And besides, I've yet to find a bike seat that my "man parts" like.

If you have a friend who will indeed accept you
unconditionally as you are, yr bp will benefit

On the other hand, in Egypt, the men publicly
beat a woman who has been ****d It seems to
arouse their pleasure hormones so most likely
          lowers their bps.
It's all in the head, you know. Pars

Always wondered when god or mothernature made an
apple tree did they want us to walk down and eat a
couple apples a day or grind them all up and chug the
            juice down that day.

Why is my kid a diabetic,i give him 3 square apple
            trees a day,lol.

Just being near trees walking in a forest is supposed to be healthy.
              Something trees give off.
IMHO it's all about the way we eat.
Yes, grow all we can and preserve.
That food has zero additives and NO evil sugars.
The human body only wears out if you don't use it. The less you move the shorter the life and poor quality at that.
We have no lumps here but do feel repetitive use pains as in fright handed combine, tractor & swather controls. They go away after harvest.

You guys make it tough to choke down my daily dose of beer. Anybody that doesn't end up lean and mean after harvest doesn't have a pulse. My body has more bumps and bruises from cleaning the combine (seed grower) than I've had in years. Thankfully nothing broken yet. Looking forward to jogging on the beaches of Mexico this winter. Don't know about anybody else, but this whole year has seemed like a Nascar pit stop.

All over western canada they happen but we do the ones around edmonton or the central AB series. Want to try the solo death race next year.

No cause, just am very fit and enjoy it.
