Just got the Price for three S680s HA HA!

$240,000.00 for three S680 taking my three 2011, 200 HR 9770 Deeres. Just about choked up a lung.
Told the Dealer he can take a flying leap.
Never buy a 1st series any way. Multiple dropped it by $30000 yea like that will make one bite.
    Case 9120s here we come!

What did you expect? Are your 9770's too small?

Doesn't sound too horribly bad. Isn't industry standard about 30K per year and 50K for going 2 sizes bigger?

        lesm,

        That is $80K/machine!

Productivity increase on a 680 will be 10-20 percent. I would agree that is out of touch with our farm world!

Maybe this would be a better investment.

          """Agrex New Mill Model AGS3- 700lb/hr. $140,000

          Now that Agrex Mills of 75, 50 & 25 tons/day have been well accepted in the industry;

Agrex has introduced a new Flour Mill series the "AGS3". The Capacity is 300 kilograms (700 lbs) per hour. Price $140,000 U.S. complete, delivery 2 months.

This model fullfills the next step in need of milling a flour that is better in baking quality and charecteristics than the Whole Wheat flours now milled on Stone, Burr, or Hammermills. It mills gently and progressively in 3 separate stages avoiding damage and heating to the product, while separating the Bran. It can be adjusted to remove as much Bran as necessary for each individual finished product.

This Series is designed in a format and price that allows Small Businesses to start into the High Flour Quality Milling needs.
It also affords multi-Grain millers better Logistics by having several milling units operating side by side, with different grains on each unit.

          The Mill consists of:
Receiving Tank, Grain Sieve Cleaner, 3 Rollstands (precise Steel Corrugated rolls), 5 rotary Sifters, Pneumatic Conveying System (that maintains a slight vacuum in each machine, preventing dust in the facility), Air Filtration System, completely controlled by a PLC.

All on one floor, in a footprint of 20 x 12 x 12 feet high.""'

Was looking into this a couple years ago. Maybe a guy should have stayed in front of the industry genius's like katib.

Last year traded for Less than they want for one. No its not two sises bigger that's a joke it was side by side the s690 is bigger.
Now the flour thing would fit with the cleaning plant. HM. Oh wait I would need a better road out of the farm to get my product to market and my NDP councilor wouldn't allow that. Power to the CWB. Fricking joke.

bucket- I know the mill you speak of but it heats the flour to much in the process, The stone mills depending which you purchase are still better value for the money a 36" stone costs 17,000. I know this as I operate a 24 and 36 stone mill producing just under 1000 lbs per hour of high quality whole grain flours. If you follow the consumers today they want whole grains not flour with the bran added back. Also it helps to find small bakeries that can bake with whole grain flours as they do pay premiums for it. The production is always easy its the markets that take time.

SF3 you might not get any better deal at Case IH.
There is a sh*t load of used 9770's so they need to be discounted heavy.
Small farmers can't pencil out even one used one.
Doubt if diff would be $480K after next year.
$24/ acre per year kind of expensive!

Yea that's their point their are a huge amount of Used Combines in USA and to some extent Canada so dealers are scared. I said I'm not scared enough to part with quarter mill for 3 have a great day. Did get a new 4830 Sprayer Cash deal, they wanted to give me ps all for my 4720 so sold to relative made a cool 25000 for me plus still got cash price and MUD program of 10,000 off.
Told dealer for 240000 I can get another 9770 for spare.
