Anyone ever hold FNA to their membership guarantee?

Just wondering if FNA is any use these days as other companies supply the same product for no fee. They do have guarantees, membership is to be refunded if there is no benefit used. Anyone hold them to it?

The guarantee i believe is the price difference from any other sourse to the price you paid from FNA as your saving of the year as a whole. And your supposed to save your membership fee back also.
