The Board of Directors repeatedly asked Ritz for clarification as to the CWB status and means of operation after the single desk was eliminated but he sat on his hands. Eliminating the elected directors is a RAW power play...there is no other explanation. Ritz is playing a dirty game here, there is no doubt.

The board of directors were asked to participate by providing a representative on the transition committee but like spoiled rotten children they chose to take their collective balls and go home. The opportunity for clarification was there and they chose not to be a part of it and now they claim that they were kept in the dark, their hypocracy is absolutely unbelievable.
