Their spring Pro's have been a disaster for the durum markets especially by encouraging overproduction only to have the rug pulled out from underneath us all. In an open market where you can lock in a foward price for future delivery that appeals to you as an individual and meets or exceeds your cost of production, what is it that your afraid of?
