I will, just busy lately. I have your number. Just interesting one note, is your land you purchased here rented yet? I don't believe I am interested. Is your intention to move here or someone your related to move here that you are building the new yard site? I am not sure exactly why the investor companies rejected to purchase the land you bought.

Chriss was nice talking to you on the phone also, your nice easy and enjoyable to talk to. did manage to talk to one neighbour that I told you about was to sell a few years ago but did not. I told him about that piece of land you bought and that you wish to move here and set up a farm and live here, and that you were looking for more land to purchase or rent just a few quarters. His rent contract with Parkland is up for renewal and he is hoping for an increase in rent this year he mentioned and I asked him what price he would be interested in to sell. His grin was ear to ear and said land price is going to drop. I told him you should sell now while the price is high are you going to sell when it is cheaper, his grin was ear to ear yep I'll wait till its cheaper.

Well they are doing a much better job of farming these days have story of german guy also not so bad but funny. Will talk to the guys son may get something other than the ear to ear grin :-) lol As far as rent I am not sure, the talk is wanting increase and I have no idea of real price and I must say their land even though can farm one end to other without turning has some saline areas.
