    Characteristics of a Good Marketer

All of us have bought on whim. Preferred one
salesman. One seller. Stuck with one agent.

What characteristics in a salesperson, in a
marketer, make you into a repeat buyer? Para

A good marketer remembers what I want and
makes sure he has it in stock. He also has to
keep in close contact with his suppliers.

Farmers supply grain to the CWB who in turn sell
    it.

Weve reaches the point where a few thousand of
the largest farmer-suppliers no longer want to
supply wheat so they don't grow it.

What does thy say about the marketer?

For all its public relations stunts with CBC, with
Field to plate programs, with constant advertising,
the CWB no longer holds the respect or
confidence of it's volume suppliers. That is not
the characteristic of a good salesman

The CWB has alienated their youngest, largest
      suppliers of wheat.

Buying a stranger a good hot virtual cuppa will
return a heap of sweet talk every time. LOL.

When we finally get legislated marketing
freedom, we'll need to celebrate and match some
          faces with pens.
I must say I'll enjoy meeting mussy and wil and
Aggie et. al. Once the CWB monopoly is dead,
the state marketer that divides farmers is also
dead too A Berlin Wall moment.

It's also the moment farmers will become, for our
farms and for ourselves, the kind of marketer
that the Canadian Wheat Board was not. pars
