    So much for farmers deciding

Is it a surprise that the CWB is courting urban support in an effort to stop C18. We keep hearing how farmers should decide but when it really comes down to it the board are quite comfortable courting everybody but farmers. We call on Eastern Liberals and NDP to support our cause. We call on retired farmers and landlords to bid for us. We call on trade unions and the communist party to support our endeavours. Reality is the board is down to seeking idealogical support from those that in all likelyhood don't understand the issues and probably don't really care other than having a platform to promote left wing ideals.Good way to keep spending farmers money.

Wouldn't that be the same person that lost 250 million in discretionary trading???

He/she is still working there. Doubtful he/she would put that on the resume in this economic climate, and where else would they get a job after that????
