When I think of Sun Tzu's strategy he probably would have brought them into the fold, got them to do the work and instead of paying them he would have erased them (and their families to prevent reprisals). lol

But I stick to my original post that we should let the marketplace decide if the old employees are worthwhile or not. The users of the CWB will pay. If the service sucks people won't use it and it will dry up and blow away. Problem solved.
