CTV news carried an interview with Ward
Wiesenthal of CWB. If i heard him right he said
two very refreshing things .That the industry had
to prepare for a future where they would have to
look after their own grain movement etc. He went
on to say that the CWB had the expertise to be a
valuable partner in the future and had a lot to
offer in a new grain marketing world should the
CWB mandate change. I wasnt drinking and i
dont do drugs so i think i heard that there is
some realization at least with the staff that
change is coming and they hav to figure how to
deal with it.
