Looking for Oat Information Sources

I'm a commodity research analyst with Farms.com Risk Management and i'm looking for a good consistent source of information on the oats and barley markets. Any suggestions?

What types of market information are you looking for?

ARD has good sources of long term price series for domestic feed barley. Oats are more problematic given less traded and more need to match price with quality.

There are some good private sector (read you have to pay/reach a commercial agreement with the consultant) newsletter/databases available.
