    Wheat Sale Agreements

    Wouldn't
It be helpful to farmers if say, the NFU and the
    WCWGA collaborate to produce contract
    templates for farmers.

Creating, in simple language, the terms of a
    contract between buyer and seller.
A different template for each of the various
    grades of wheat and barley.

And writing it from the farmers' perspective. pars

It is impossible to imagine what the NFU could
    contribute to such an exercise.

agreed, NFU could ruin a free meal, but WCWGA could work.
And on the forum of the logistics of our "open market" wheat that Ritz has set up needs to include a producer influence. We can't be left on the wrong side of the agreements.
To my knowledge there are the rails, inland terminal alliance, CGC, and not sure of the group representing buyers (exporters) but we need a voice for the forum and the only one that comes to mind is WCWGA
maybe someone knows a better representing group for us that would be credible and if someone says the CWB its worth their life!!! LOL
