Pars: the internet/google can make a hayseed like me appear smart. But in the battle of wits I generally come unarmed. Just full of shit and smart ass comments.

          Pars;
Too bad Ronald Reagan wasn't still alive. I can see his speech going something like this, "Mr.Oberg tear down this wall!"

What a super apropos speaker he would have
been! Good thought, Cole. What about
GeorgeW? Can you hear the sound of Oberg
and Goodale just now choking on Warburton
            oatmeal? Pars

              Parsley

Do you not think if Oberg had opened his mind a little, he could have been remembered for more than a spoiled communist brat stealing other people's money???

I see Ritz retracted his comment about "stealing" but he got his message across.

Parsley: I would think a converted proboard speaker would be more interesting than an ideological zealot. I am not worldly enough to know who that may be. Best of luck in your search.

bucket, Oberg schemed to buy ships behind
closed doors without even asking if farmers
agreed to foot the bill. Oberg's communist arms
reach out to embrace the unions on the St.
Lawrence, while at the same time, his hands
reach into farmers' pockets. The way i see his
legacy unfold...... a militant bitter agricultural
                  communist.

I am an ideological zealot, farmaholic, and
                    pleased as old getout.

You will note, over the last decade, countless
DA farmers have converted from being Proboard
disciples to being open marker zealots.

The conversion ia stark and incoming like a
gigantic wave. Which farmer, from the thousands
of converts, would you like to hear speak? That
was my question. There are some astounding
speakers out there, with an inspiring message.
And they live alongside us! Yup. Hah Pars

There will always be holdouts. If the price of wheat in Canada rises above that of the U.S. there will be those who will say the the absense of monopoly just drove their price down more than ours.

Its great that most people are waking up though.
