Interesting how the wheat board benefit that the board has been claiming at 500 million has now gone to 1 to 2 billion dollars according to Stewie. The reason the board has gone to the east is that they hope people who have no understanding of the issues might be dubed into believing their position. They have obviously lost that battle in the west. The reality is that the board has little hope of winning a plebiscite among actual farmers and would cry they have been unjustly treated.
