If you could focus solely on the construction end and not on ag it could be feasible. Their slow season would at least somewhat coincide with spring seeding. Or set up a company doing installs etc... for a any brand. Hide the cabling etc... Not like it is when you get it done at a dealership and they leave miles of cabling sitting on the floor and have it running through the window. I would think a lot of the dealerships would be happy to contract work like this out
Why not get a job in Humboldt or in the area instead of on the rigs. Can't imagine it is possible to get anything done being so far away.
You might not be able to make the huge money but their are lots of $20 jobs around. Nothing worse than working up north in a bush camp making good money but also missing a great marketing opportunity that cost $100,000 in sales so you could make an extra $10,000 on your t4.
