Not enough for anyone to notice. But I did get
rooting around in a drawer full of old studies
tonight and made a note of all the money wasted
fighting against the CWB,

What a waste of energy, cash, and resouces that
could be targeted elsewhere. Makes me wild.

Agreed Parsley. The absolute waste of money &
time, the lost opportunities, the missed
opportunities from distractions and frustrations and
the inability to contract and market is a huge non
calculated cost.

Infringement of fundamental rights add much more
insult to the injury... probably the greatest
demoralization.

My Princess agrees with you....

Oberg has done a very great dis-service to the grain industry in western Canada.

I truly hope the Federal Court Judge sees through the smoke to adjudicate the motive and intent of the CWB 8 who seek only to destroy a future co-operative CWB that builds upon the good-will and intrinsic brand built by western Canadian grain growers.

One day, not long ago, I asked the person on the 800 number if the employees had contributed to the legal challenge, click. She hung up.

So I assumed that they like to spend other people's money as well. Useless and incompetent.

Why are you nitwits railing against the employees of the CWB...good lord, they are just ordinary people like you doing their job and supporting their families. You would think that they are evil incarnate the way you carry on.

For one thing they think I work for them and its the other way around.

Secondly they can never answer a question and refuse to let you talk to someone that makes decisions.

Third, if their job depends on this court action, don't you think it would be a good investment for them.

Fourth, I have reasonable conversations with grain companies, the cwb treats me like crap on a good day.

Fifth. If they have to record phone calls - why? They never take good suggestions and implement them.

I could go on but why, they are a bunch of leeches and for the most part useless.

I personally had a CWB employee discreetly
provided me with a study that the CWB had
commissioned on an oath of anonymity The
study's results reflected CWB performance in a
bad light.

The CWB had read, ignored and buried the
results even though change would have put more
money in farmers' pockets

The employee didn't want to lose his job. The
CWB didnt want to lessen their power.

Farmers paid both.
