    What a crock,

based on the lack of consultation????

How do you consult with a screaming two year old who refuses to use the toilet and is determined to shit in his diaper for ever.

There no consulting, just a big messy fight with both parties covered in shit.

Gotta wonder, when did Ritz tell the board they
can't buy or sell wheat or barley?

      Think he can read?

        Wilagro,

"We all told you so Tom but you didn't believe it."

Check my posts. I said this would be bloody and very messy.

Did I ever say anything about Minister Ritz's legislative agenda? I don't know where... perhaps you can refresh my memorY .

So much for Peace Order and Good Government.

Talk about bringing justice into disrepute.

This isn't about right or wrong, the bigger picture
is keeping all farmers like peasants no judge or
government want farmers to have any power.
How do farmers get power? Farmers get power
with money and less regulation. I have to admit I
thought the conservatives would get this done but
the reality is that we are peasants and we always
will be. Aug 1st will give us freedom whether or
not those in power like it. We need to make a
huge statement on this day so they know who has
          the power.

Appeal the decision, meanwhile go about the
business of positive change. We gave this govt
the power, not the Chretien appointed judge.

Go directly to jail, do not pass go! This is what happens when you take shortcuts. This is what happens when you have an inept minister who refuses to consult. If it was reversed would you be in favour of his methods?

I agree. I wrote Senators urging them to pass this bill to remove one area of uncertainty. This ruling has just deferred any chance to market properly, in a world economy that is in a state of flux to say the least.

There might still be a revolution, just as my father
                  predicted.

This is just the ammunition the senate needs.

                    Nobody should be surprised,less government
involvement?when the hell did that ever happen?

EX Minister of the CWB Goodale past the Order in Council stopping 'marketing choice': without consulation, or a grower vote; when the Justice in Manitoba ruled Dave Sawatsky legally exported his wheat outside the CWB monopoly.

This MESS only again proves Liberal Judges will pass stupid, really stupid judgments!

I already knew this by the way!
