Is there a judge on this plane? Can he tell us how the extremely learned Honourable Mister Justice Campbell could prepare a complicated 25-page legal decision with numerous references, precedents and citations in the 19 hours between the end of the hearing yesterday and 100 PM today?

The forefathers to the CWB were... .... Aaron Shapiro and Al Capone who loved to stay in Moose Jaw SK!!!...down in the tunnels!!!

CWB Chairman Ritter's copyied the famous line...

"YOU CAN GET FURTHER WITH A GUN AND A SMILE, THAN JUST A SMILE”

      An interesting article...

"Al Capone said that troops! So why is that permanent? Well Big Al was one of the first MLM people on the planet. That's right “Bootlegging” was a MLM business. Head supplier, master distributors, and end consumers filled the “speakeasy's” during prohibition. But that similarity to todays MLM business is not the point that remains crucial. Its not the point we can learn from.

Sure Al built a downline most of us could be envious of, but his method was just a tad extreme. Not to mention illegal. Yet Fear is still a very powerful motivator. Toss in a sprinkle of guilt and all of a sudden it starts to sound familiar. Big Al knew that and more often then not, the gun was a last resort. Heck you don't bite off the hand that feeds you right?

Then why do so many people wind up shooting themselves in the foot. Is it they failed the firearms course because the are to near sighted to see the target? Well Yes! In fact those people are clueless about their target. This is supposed to be a free lifestyle business, Yet many are spreading their fear and guilt like a Trojan virus. Wow! What a great analogy, Where's a prophylactic when THEY need one. This is a social disease, that can spread faster than the Luggage flu. Its called the luggage flu because you keep it forever!! Like Luggage!!

So come on Troops get up to speed and lets declare an armistice, put away the guilt and fear gun and start motivating and training your people in the most effective way possible. With just the smile! Really motivate your people with sincere caring, great training, the proper methodologies and technical support, and you can help their dreams come true. Remember once the gun is drawn, it must be used again and again to be effective! While the smile followed by substance, endears people to you, Inspires them to be like you and strikes at the heart of out business, duplication. Lead by good example, and those under you will emulate you and do the same.

Heck this is hard for me to write this, after all they named a gun after me. The “Tommy Gun” and I am most proficient at using it. For those who have read my articles or heard me speak, they know I can Rat A Tat Tat, with the best of them. But when I come tearing around a corner in my model T and spray the crowd, in a drive by, no one ducks for cover. I kill them with laughter, and as they are gasping for Oxygen the points of wisdom are driven home. With better and longer lasting effect than an ounce of lead could ever produce."

agriman: On Dec 6 Justice Campbell heard oral arguments. He had already had access to the arguments in written from from all parties. In fact, the case had commenced on Oct 26 with the submission of an application for judical review. a schedule of receipt of documents by the Justice can be viewed at http://cas-ncr-nter03.cas-satj.gc.ca/IndexingQueries/infp_RE_info_e.php?court_no=T-1735-11

So your insinuation that Justice Campbell only spend 19 hours considering evidence in this case is wrong.

DML: Then what was the purpose of the hearing? Is this law by mail order?

Nobody on earth could write that in 19 hours. Was his midn made up?
