Sounds very much like the current stategy isn't 100% successful for the majority government nor those such as myself who are desirous of prompt and effective CWB monopoly changes.
The file has been bungled. Currently Sec 47 has been determined to have been violated; and has condemned Ritz (and by association everyone supporting his proposals) to be an "affront to law". I would think that until he has cleared his name; that everything that stems from his CWB changes proposals before Parliament and the Senate have been tainted with improper process and illegality....... and that changes passed by Parliament will also be found to be clearly illegal until either....
Section 47 is repealed or ammended; and then probably start the process allover; doing it properly next time. My guess is that the Aug/2012 is optimistic; and the political will is being eroded. Another option, that clearly takes substantial time is to let the appeal process go on, and on, well past the time frames the government contemplated.
Bulldozing and alleged steamrolling may very well not have yielded the results others and myself have sought. And that is why I suggest those equipment operators must be open minded enough to at least acknowledge the points that persons such as Pars makes.

Ritz should just say there will be no
more free export licences for eastern
Canada. See how that goes over. Start
cutting the support off at the knees.

          Then hire some real lawyers.

Good luck Parsley, no sarcasm intented. With the name calling, lack of diplomacy, lack of respect for the opposite sides opinion and position, emotional rants, you may have trouble finding what your looking for.

If we wanted to grow wheat, barley and durum we were forced to use a system of marketing that grain, no one "stole" it we simply lost control of it.

There is rhetoric on both sides of the argument. The pendulum on the pro-choice side has swung too far. The public needs to hear the facts not rhetoric.

I recall posting in a previous thread long ago not to hold our breath on the 08/2012 date, that it would be met with challenges. Also that if it is going to happen to make sure it is done right and not rammed through, they(Cons) have 4 years to accomplish it, but this is what happens when you rush things. I have found that when I take the exteme emotion out of decision making and base it on reason and facts I tend to make better choices.

Marketing freedom will come yet, but relax and use common sense and diplomacy, respect others opinions and views. Is that asking too much from a bunch of grown adults?

After listening to Left wingers that are off their rockers like Butch Harder and Andy Baker in Manitoba, I appreciate someone who can at least try to articulate their position properly.

Doesn't mean I agree with anything they are saying though :-)
