It is time...TO KICK SOME SOCIALIST DIRECTORS ASSES

I am getting so pissed off with the CWB and it's lawyers it is time to take matters into our own hands. Go to the CWB website get the directors phone # and phone them over and over until they get the message that we farmers want change. Let them know that they are going to held accountable for their actions. They have stolen money from our accounts and that money should be paid back. I do not know all of your feelings but I am getting ready to run the border. Remember it was one hole in the Berlin wall that brought it down.

THANK YOU ! CONSERVATIVES
For kicking this communistic marketing system's ass, the hell out of CANADA.
Never again will we allow such a tyrant to get a foot hold on our property rights, and God help the poor bas*#rd that even suggests a (single desk) in the future.

Don't worry or do anything crazy all this noise is for political points. Two very good comments, first in the winnipeg sun today where a constitutional lawyer says zero % chance of success for the eight directors and their injunction, because the constitution doesn't allow what they are asking for, a complete waste of time he said. Second comment in the winnipeg free press yesterday. Just go to colomnists or editorials in todays free press and look for "judge shouldn't play politics" by Sid Green. Sid was in the provincial ndp years ago he was very far to the left almost hammer and sickle left, but in his column he says the judge and the eight are absolutely wrong because parliment is supreme period. Both articles are good reading, really good to hear a staunch ndp stand up for the federal govt. and the rule of law. We farm eight miles north of the border, don't think for a minute that you will haul down there, you won't period. The U.S. will control all imports and the only way to do that effectively is by train loads where quantities can be kept track of accurately. Or thru grain companies where they have the paperwork done to satisfy everyone involved and then truck to an end user. Their system was built for their grain not ours. Its the price of grain and basis needed at a given time that will move north.

Agreed, barleyman, never had any intent on moving my grain south. Our local grain companies have been gearing up for this open market for quite some time now . I'd shur like to lock some wheat in for next crop year before the market goes to far down . I have a big part of next years canola locked in, would be nice to have at least the imput costs locked in for my wheat as well.

Profarmer, we also wish we could wake up
tomorrow to freedom for all. No matter what, we
know we have the best at the top, and that's
what matters. Chin Up, let the buffoons spin their
wheels, almost out of rubber.

All the CWB king's soldiers and all of their union
men won't be able to put dumpdy together again.

barleyman as i sit in the lineup at altona with all these US trucks hauling canola and then go back to town and watch the steady stream of corn and soymeal trucks come in like hell should they stop any wheat of ours from going south. This is just a bullshit thought put out by CWB and other socialist FEAR MONGERS

Here is the link to the Winnipeg Sun article:

http://www.winnipegsun.com/2011/12/14/cwb-directors-launching-toba-court-challenge

Here's a snippet which explains why this is little more than a "hail Mary" move:

"However, the manoeuvre has no chance of success as the courts have no ability to interfere with Parliament’s right to enact laws, said Gerry Chipeur, a Calgary-based constitutional lawyer.

“Parliament can never, ever, be bound by the courts. It can’t be done,” Chipeur, 51, said.

Asked if the CWB directors were wasting their time with the lawsuit, Chipeur was blunt.

“Definitely,” he said. “It’s a very unusual request for which there is no precedent in our constitutional law. ... they’re looking for a remedy that is clearly, under our constitutional theory, never allowed against a government.”

Contrast this opinion with the other MSM piece quoting a political science professor masquerading as an expert in constitutional law.

Would CWB director liability insurance cover this blatant misuse of pool account funds?

This is knowingly wasting farmers money. Their behaviour is moving beyond "negligence" and becoming "theft" of our money for their own selfish political purposes.

Farmranger, the single desk directors have
emgges in corporate treason.
They have defiantly ignored the order from the
court.
They have irresponsibly squandered pooling
account funds.
They have damaged the reputation of Western
farmers.
They have chosen to seed doubt in the minds if
buyers.

They must be held personally accountable for
their personal actions. Parsley
