And if there was one piece of older equipment in there the chances of fire increase. Having said that I hope the RCMP investigate and if it was arson the person responsible is brought to justice.

Here's a guy admitting he was behind the fire at Gehl's farm. What's more likely, that there is a guy (or guys) going around burning pro-CWB farmer's property or that a bunch of bales spontaneously combust, and then a few days later, same thing in a former CWB director's shop?
