Other than from I-F, I have never heard of so many ignorant and stupid comments from you bunch of anti-CWB idiots.

You belittle the loss of property and equipment of another farmer and practically blame him for starting the fire himself. You should all be ashamed of your really, really stupid remarks. I hope the R.M.C.P. interview each and every one of you about possible counseling to commit an indictable offense under the Criminal Code of Canada.

      BreadLoser,

Yeah I guess the taliban has only a few bad apples
      then.

You would argue that they are practising freedom and
      freedom of speech.

Just seen a news clip on tv about fire. Flaman claims 600,000.00 damage. Who the hell is he kidding. 2 combines worth 350 grand? Not sure what he had, but the one shown on tv looked like it was ready for the scrap yard to begin with. If I were the cops, I'd start by looking at Flaman as the number 1 suspect. Start checking bank accounts. Check status with any other finance company in last 10 years. Were the combines cleaned up before putting away, or purposely left filthy and covered in chaff. What kind of farmer was he? Did he grow good crops or did you have to guess what the crops were? How much was his salary and perks at the CWB, and did he need that to support the farm? Flaman has pointed the finger many times, maybe now someone else should point the finger. How did his other ventures turn out, like South Valley Trucking, or South Valley Consulting, or South Valley Farms?

I dont think anyone should cross the line of false
accusation on this, some people believe false
accusation is worse than the crime your being
          accussed off.

Who ever did it is one sick puppy. And karma will
settle the debt one way or another.

As far as the bales, that in my mind falls into the
realm of political statement, like spray painting "****
          war" on something,both illegal,but a little bit of a
          grey area.

          IMHO

Flaman hasn't pointed fingers, you have pointed
            fingers at yourselves.

He is just relaying that information. The Insurance
            company will want to know.

Again, good luck to you boys.

P.S. Gerrid Gust pleaded with you guys not to
            incriminate yourselves.

Words, are not actions. A blog posting is not a piece of evidence. But then again the tin foil hat crowd never needed any evidence before, so why should they start now.

I agree with you. As long as you can be
named along with the eight directors
                    that unlawfully spent our money
promoting the single desk and on legal
                    fees.

                    It works both ways.

I don't have the time to hear all crap coming out of
what was most likely an accidental cause of fire. I
for one would not wish such a tragity on anyone
no matter what side of the fence he stands on.
My condolances go out to Rod Flaman and his
family. Let's not make a mountain out of mole hill!
Merry Christmas to all of you, going to spend my
holidays spreading good cheer starting right now.

He didn't accuse anyone, just said that it was possible that it was accidental or arson and suspicious that anti board members had burnt down hay bales near by. It is possible that something caused a short in one of the combines but just as likely that it could have been arson. It makes me sick that someone might to do that over this issue even though we do get pretty excited over it, no need to take such personal actions against an individual. I hope that it nobody did this but we will probably never know if fire investigators cannot put a cause on the fire.

I dont' know how he farms but looks like a 70 series deere in the front of the shed. Dont know of any organic farmers that use a combine like that. It would get pretty hot in a metal shed with 2 combines going up in flames, surprised the building didn't come down too. Were the doors closed or open when it burnt? Who found the fire if Flaman wasn't home?
