Who is funding these guy's legal bills.
I can't believe they will pay the hundreds of thousands of dollars they will need to take on the Federal lawyers. They have to know the costs because they authorized it in the past.

Hopefully it comes from the equity in their farms. Right now it looks like they have taken it out of our pool accounts. They pre authorized the expenditure to the lawyers.

I hope Ritz also has the balls to do a full audit into the cwb advertising budget and also look into when the legal bills are paid to make sure that the eight are paying their share.

Me's only guessin, butt theys got a
pretty strong case and will likely win
agin. The gobermont has a very poor
record in Comedian courts ta date. The
court doesn't like bullying gobermont
anymore than anyone else. Time will
tell though. Best gobermont tactic is
to delay, delay, delay an hope the
problem goes away. Thats what they
always dos in such cases. But they do
keep peelin ta higher courts, cousin
they have poor lawyers on staff
too......
