lol I guess dealing with Viterra and Cargill did not get my attention. :-).
Ok got your number. Hey do you use majic jack???? Not that I cannot afford to call just wondering seems a lot of people immigrants anyways using this majic jack phone system. Sask'tel should be out of business if that happens. Only costs 30 some odd dollars per year with free north american long distance.

        If it's a 1-quarter parcel, and 3 quarters in a row...
that would be an investor that we partnered with...
as in, we'll be farming those for the next decade I
gotta go check the "elevator' thread I started... LOL.

I run all over the place right now, and don't have
reliable high-speed which is why I don't use these
web-based phone services.... if I have your number
i'll call you.... Paying Rogers an arm and a leg for
unlimited North America long distance anyway!

Yes... they bought, and took possession, we did the
            rental agreements, everything's signed....

            How come?

These aren't the regular investment guys... Father/Son
duo from Ontario, really nice guys to work with from
the sounds of it, had a lengthy conversation with
            them...

                      Yes... There's another single one....

2 miles straight south of those 3, just past the yard
with all that old equipment on the west side...

                      :P

That's all we wanted for this spring... We'll buy more
next year if it's available... other than the 80 we're
                      trying to get yet.

Are you the Ontario farmer son? Just I don't understand the buyers not giving locals a chance to rent. Just that is the part I don't understand. How come some one from far away comes in to rent land that an investor buys? As far as I know it was not up for rent. Not that I wanted to rent any land but I know guys interested to buy that parcel. Purhaps that is the Realestate's agenst way of doing business.

The guys from Ontario aren't farmers...

                            No... not related to them.

We bought land first... and then these guys were
looking for progressive young operators, and the
realtor knew we wanted to expand, so he put us in
                            contact with them.

Gotta remember, we are moving in to stay...
                            permanently.

Gotta remember we're selling the MB farm... building a house, building a farm... Muenster is our home
                              starting this spring.

That land was up for sale for almost a year wasn't it? I recall we looked at it when we bought ours...
