Damn that CPR with their melodramas...the tears of joy and emotion are running down my cheek. How could we live without them? Just think,, they held onto this land that is my farm at one time...a gift from the Government of Canada and a very generous one at that.

When I saw that commercial on TV, I thought the
message was that farmers and the railroads are
free to co-operate now. I agree. Everyone will be
better off if the adversarial attitude dies with the
single desk.

Wilagro,
Early morning the Canadian Dream goes by... the coyotes howl... my collie goes into a whacky freight train mode and tears at the doors till he gets out to take on those cpr coyotees.
You kind of remind me of our goofy collie.... always must be chasing a stick... a coyote...any stick... eye always focused... ready for action(trick throw)...jump... and just won't stop for anything!

From my days of watching a room full of CN / CP full time professinal lobbying lawyers work for them in Ottawa i find this very interesting. Somethings up.
Could it be the impending value added development of cereals processessing and less mindless export of raw product? More going south by truck?
And why the ad about the farmer when grain companies ship? Any rail coalition people read this? What's up?
