Ralph Goodale wants an independant agency to monitor the transition to freedom to see if it benefits farmers. I sold my #2 13.5 CWRS for delivery Aug 2012 for $7.49 dropped in the pit. The CWB fixed price for #1 13.5 CWRS was $6.62 dropped in the same pit sometime between now and Aug 1. Enough said.

Goodale said if Humpty Dumpty fell off the wall... no one could put him back together again.
Soooo... what would be the 'purpose' of the monitoring exercise?
Politics... Goodale is trying to rule from the 'grave' of political exile!
Ralph FAILED to do his job as CWB Minister.... we now have a huge social mess from his inaction and LACK of honesty with grain farmers...
Time to call this old boy for what he is!

Ralph E Goodale can F right off. When he is on
his death bed reflecting on his legacy I hope his
family brings up the the time when he was
overseeing the jailing of farmers in western
Canada for exporting wheat, the farmer produced,
on the land that farmer owned or rented. I hope
they have a long drawn out awkward and detailed
discussion about it. Questions like, why was the
designated area only western Canada and not
eastern Canada? Why jail time? What were the
names of those farmers, I am sure he will
remember the names of the farmers who did
spend time in jail. After all, those are things a
person can remember in their lifetime, it was an
important event. Maybe Ralphs family could
ponder aloud what it must have felt for the
children of those farmers for their Dad to go away
for a long time to jail for exporting their farms
produce. Maybe they could do awkward
comparisons like the Ontario auto parts industry
never needed export licenses to export their
production from their own land. Why did Ralph
think it was ok to allow the jailing of farmers
selling a raw food product grown right from their
own land in a free country? Those will be really
good conversations to have. I hope they talk
about it at every family function this day forward,
Xmas wheat board, summer cabin wheat board,
Ralph's birthday wheat board, why did you think
jailing a farmer was ok? Then a young a naive
grandchild could ask the same questions over and
over trying to logically reason through the facts
he/she learned from the real world.

Even a farmer from Ontario would risk a fine or jail
time If he stole his truck back from the customs
Compound.
The story of Jailed Farmers is just that A Story.
Unfortunately on here you guys think its true
