Even if i pretty well know I can get 40 in a seedable year, I still only "pencil" 32-35, just to be safe.

We run a high, probable and low yield projection
and also run a high, target and low market price
financial projections to get a feel for the range of
business outcomes. Ideally high yields and high
prices but we never really have everything line
up perfectly.
