What is the definition of a fake bond? a bond with collateral or a bond without? Typically corporate bonds don't hold much collateral. Does a gov't bond hold collateral? If so what is the guarantee? I just read an article that Greece have just realized they do not have any collateral on their bonds so why not just do a default?

I just think something major will be happening
within the next 3 or 4 years. I plan to with high
cattle prices pay off my cattle within the next 2
years. Run a cash herd, seems like it's tough
getting cattle financing with good prices or bad.
Tell someone who spends their days sitting in an
office you want to buy cattle they look at you like
your nuts - your gunna get dirty, do you know
          those things smell bad?

the u.s. is already broke big-time.
that's no longer a question. now their
deficit is heading toward $20 trillion.
the credit bubble has to burst in my
              opinion.

way to go with your debt management
allfarmer. debt is insidious in this
              global environment.

if interest rates go up, we have had it.
