    Falling Natural Gas Prices Lower Some Fertilizer Prices

    Its the chicken and egg theory.

    But the fertilizer companies have to answer to shareholders. Make no money and shutdown full, or make a little and keep running.

    Potash corp has decided to shutdown.

    Mosaic at belle plaine has lost some capacity due to the warm winter, they can't get there ponds to settle as quick in warm weather. They are still running while they lose key people to KS potash.
