    Tax Rates Across Canada

I stumbled upon an interesting CRA site called
provincial/ territorial Tax Rates 2012. It was
interesting to see the huge variation.

We pay dearly to have the opportunity to live in
Sask. I think Wall has a lot of belt tightening to
do if you can't present a balanced budget with
    these tax rates.

Is it also possible to compare personal
          exemption rates?

SARCASM: Must be because of the heavily subsidized Ag industry.

              Good job Coleville.
I will look for personal exemptions next.

What is humorous, farmaholic, is that Quebec,
compared to any other province, actually does
pump the most money out of Canadian taxpayers
for agricultural subsidies. maybe you'd like to
research the figures. You'll be surprised, I think.

I go back to this site regularly and wonder if
good resource revenues will bring down our tax
rates since ours and Manitoba stand out as being
                  high.

Do you think Wall will fritter away the new found
wealth on extravagant entitlements or will he
reduce the debt and work on these tax rates?

Pars: Actually, I thought that was the case but thought I would say it anyway. Your too sharp.

Quebec is emulating Europe, following the
French model. You know it seems odd. The
saying goes that if you are force- fed you will
become fat and lazy, but I haven't seen a fat
                      French farmer. LOL
