What are your guy's opinion on why so many huge
    outfits are quitting?

Finanacial problems?just sick of it?just cashing in?

Or maybe all of the above?

Lots of JD equipment...I wonder if this means anything haha. Meiers were farming around 17000 ac quite a while ago in a partnership but that didn't last. They were down to quite a few less acres than that.

Why is doing some custom work for BroadAcre considered a sellout BTO? Are
          you jealous or just stupid.

No answer to WHO is working all this Broad Acre land?
Not Bernauer or Wigmore is my guess.

By the 100 plus auctions and mostly HUGE operations, who is working all those acres?

I believe BroadAcre is the farming operation farming the land.

I have no problem with companies like Broadacre. The opportunities were ripe for them. I just know that when the going gets real rough the top people will have made good money, the company will be gone or sold, and the dirt will still be there.
Or does anyone see the possibility of 10 Broadacres producing %80 of the grain in western Canada? It's quite possible.
But people like PMG etc. aren't ever going to make big sacrifices. Sooner or later the investor, whether owner/op farmer or bay street has to accept a big hit to carry on.
